Are you able to supply all types of electronic components?

WCE has the ability to locate and support most electronic components that our customers need. The connections we have made over the last 35 years enables us to locate the most obsolete, allocated and hard-to-find parts.

Am I getting the best price with you?

We strive to offer the best prices that the market will dictate, along with our exceptional customer service to ensure that you are getting the best deal. Our goal is more than just making a sale. We want to build a business relationship with you and have you as a repeat customer.

What are some red flags when buying from brokers or independent distributors?

Your broker should always be willing and able to provide reference information. Some red flags to look for are as follows:

  • Anyone who requires TT in advanced payment without reference.
  • Independent distributors that aren’t willing to provide reference information.
  • Anyone who isn’t willing to accept Escrow.
  • Purchasing from a high counterfeit region/area such as China.
  • Vendors who confirm all information and fail to follow through when placing orders.
  • The price is too good to be true.
  • When an item is EOL and a broker is offering new date codes.
  • The supplier is unable to provide pictures and documentation.

Do you offer terms?

Yes, we do offer various terms to everyone based on the customer’s credit rating.

How do I know parts are not counterfeit?

Detecting a counterfeit part can be challenging at times. A few steps are necessary to identify counterfeit parts. We do some testing such as swab tests, confirm markings with manufacturers, check packaging, and if need be we will do complete testing with a third party test house.  It is always best to look for and work with a reputable vendor that has been in the market for a long time and has good references. We do a company background check before taking chances.

Do you buy manufacturer direct products?

Yes, we have the ability to buy from manufacturers directly worldwide.

Are all parts factory sealed?

Yes, we try to keep the continuity by purchasing parts that are in original factory sealed packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping unless there are government restrictions that prohibit that.

Which shipping methods do you use to ship parts?

We offer our customers a wide range of shipping methods/options such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. On occasion, Freight Forwarders may also be able to pick up shipment at our shipping dock.

Do your parts come with certification or traceability?

Yes, whenever possible we obtain the Manufacturer Certificate of Compliance and traceability documents.

What is the process and how do you qualify your suppliers?

Our process for choosing (qualifying) vendors is simple. We focus on quality. We will never compromise quality over price. We ensure we build long lasting business relationships and take the time to check references with new vendors. We aim to do business with reputable independent distributors with whom we have a long history, who are in good standings and are willing to stand behind their product.
