- Anyone who requires TT in advanced payment without reference.
- Independent distributors that aren’t willing to provide reference information.

- Vendors who confirm all information and fail to follow through when placing orders.
- The price is too good to be true.
- When an item is EOL and a broker is offering new date codes.

Yes, we do offer various terms to everyone based on the customer’s credit rating.
Detecting a counterfeit part can be challenging at times. A few steps are necessary to identify counterfeit parts. We do some testing such as swab tests, confirm markings with manufacturers, check packaging, and if need be we will do complete testing with a third party test house. It is always best to look for and work with a reputable vendor that has been in the market for a long time and has good references. We do a company background check before taking chances.
Yes, we have the ability to buy from manufacturers directly worldwide.
Yes, we try to keep the continuity by purchasing parts that are in original factory sealed packaging.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping unless there are government restrictions that prohibit that.
We offer our customers a wide range of shipping methods/options such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. On occasion, Freight Forwarders may also be able to pick up shipment at our shipping dock.
Yes, whenever possible we obtain the Manufacturer Certificate of Compliance and traceability documents.
